Daniel Hansen started Anacys Consulting in 2003 based on a conviction that open source content management software holds great potential for delivering low-cost, easy-to-manage websites to companies and organizations without the budget for a site employing a costly commercial CMS.
Dan has over 21 years experience in information technology, including 18 years in senior IT leadership roles in companies such as Cragin Federal Bank, GE Capital Real Estate and Credit Suisse First Boston.
In his corporate management and consulting roles, Dan acquired a depth of understanding and appreciation of the value of IT and business process analysis as a tool for improving process quality and effectiveness in systems design and requirements definition, management/governance and compliance. He attained CISA certification in 2006.
Anacys Consulting is based in Prospect Heights, Illinois.
